About Me..
You're probably on this page because you want to learn more about me.
I’m married and a proud mother of 2 beautiful children. I’ve also spent the last 40 years juggling between openly talking and masking my dyslexia.
My career has been driven by an unwavering ambition to achieve success. I've been carving my career in a generation where women often face an uphill battle for inclusion. I've balanced a full-time career with parenthood, overcome significant workplace challenges, and continually pushed forward in stereotypical environments that often failed to recognize or support neurodivergence. These experiences have shaped me into a resilient professional, always striving for excellence and advocating for understanding.
In 2022, I struggled with my mental health and experienced my first burnout. Last year (2024) I realised that I was about to fall down that rabbit hole again! And this time I wasn’t ready to fall down the hole, I was ready to jump over it and eat my carrot!
WHY I DO WHAT I DO - IN THE NEURODIVERSITY SPACE>>>>
Having worked in learning and development, coaching and inspiring individuals, as well as delivering awareness in neurodiversity and experiencing some unfriendly neurodivergent workplaces. I wanted to raise the awareness of Neurodiversity in the workplace and how it can have a detrimental effect on employees and their mental health.
